About Alpha Phi

Beta Mu Chapter at the University of Alabama

Roll Tide!

Our sisters in Alpha Phi love to spend game days cheering on the Crimson Tide with each other. Getting dressed up and having fun at the games wouldn't be the same without them!

Philanthropy

Alpha Phi is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, and our primary philanthropic focus is supporting women's heart health. Through the Alpha Phi Foundation, our chapter raises funds and awareness for cardiac care research and education. Heart disease remains the leading cause of death among women, and our sisters are committed to changing that through dedicated fundraising events, awareness campaigns, and community outreach. Every event we organize and every dollar we raise brings us closer to a future where women's heart health is prioritized and protected.

Our House

The Alpha Phi Beta Mu chapter house is a beautiful home that serves as the heart of our sorority at the University of Alabama. It is where sisters come together to study, socialize, share meals, and create lasting memories. The house features comfortable living spaces, dedicated study areas, a welcoming dining hall, and gathering rooms perfect for chapter meetings and sisterhood events. Living in the chapter house is a treasured part of the Alpha Phi experience, offering an immersive community where lifelong friendships are formed and strengthened every day.

Collegiate Chapters

Alpha Phi International Fraternity has collegiate chapters across the United States and Canada, with each chapter contributing to a rich tradition of sisterhood, scholarship, and service. The Beta Mu chapter at the University of Alabama is proud to be part of this broader network of accomplished women. Our connection to the international organization provides our members with access to leadership development programs, networking opportunities, and a supportive alumnae community that spans the globe. Together, Alpha Phi chapters work to uphold the values upon which our organization was founded and to inspire each new generation of members.
